Bel Egypt participates in the “Connecting Talents with Opportunities” job fair organized by Samusocial International to strengthen social inclusion

In line with its commitment to youth empowerment, employment, and driving positive social impact

As part of the “Bridges of Opportunities” initiative dedicated to promoting the social inclusion of marginalized youth, Bel Egypt, a global leader in healthy dairy, fruit and plant-based snacks, participated in the “Connecting Talents with Opportunities” job fair, launched by Samusocial International Egypt in collaboration with RATP Dev Mobility Cairo. This participation comes as a core pillar of Bel Egypt’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy, aligned with Egypt Vision 2030—particularly its social inclusion pillar by providing a supportive platform for vulnerable youth and helping them take their first steps into the labor market.
The job fair took place at the headquarters of RATP Dev Mobility Cairo, a key partner in the initiative, along with several major companies, including Carrefour, Supeco, Hyper One, and GTC, where 51 participants attended. The event created an interactive environment that enabled young participants—especially those who have left care institutions to experience a real workplace setting and explore opportunities within manufacturing and operational roles.
Bel Egypt’s role further reinforces its “responsible investor” approach in the Egyptian market by transforming social challenges into sustainable development opportunities, ensuring the inclusion of the most vulnerable groups in the economic cycle in a way that promotes equal opportunity.
In this context, Mr. Hany Arram, Regional Director of Bel Egypt and North East Africa, stated:
“Our participation today in the fair organized by Samusocial International reflects our strategic commitment as a development partner and responsible investor in the Egyptian market. We believe that economic and social empowerment is a cornerstone of inclusive and sustainable growth. Through our strategy that prioritizes investment in human capital, we aim to transform young talents, particularly those transitioning from care institutions into productive professionals, which helps strengthen social cohesion and build a more resilient and inclusive economy.”
The job fair is a continuation of Bel Egypt’s efforts within its commitment to youth empowerment and and driving meaningful social impact, through its “Brighter Future” initiative launched in partnership with Samusocial International Egypt, and supported by the French Embassy in Egypt, as well as in collaboration with Mansour Group/Manfoods and Hyper One. The initiative aims to train and employ underprivileged youth and provide them with sustainable training and employment opportunities. It targets more than 45,000 training hours for approximately 1,500 young men and women, equipping them with practical skills and experience necessary for successful labor market integration and a more stable and sustainable professional future
