K Developments meets its clients’ aspirations and launches PAUSE North Coast with EGP 20bn in investments

K Developments has launched its latest project, PAUSE North Coast, with investments of EGP 20bn, in the heart of the North Coast, as part of its expansion strategy to meet growing customer demand for coastal developments.
Omar El-fayoumy, Chairman of K Developments, stated that the project reflects the company’s strategy to develop integrated urban destinations that combine residential, leisure, and commercial services, in line with the government’s vision of positioning the North Coast as one of Egypt’s leading investment and tourism destinations.
He noted that the 250-feddan development occupies a prime location between Kilometers 86 and 88 on the Alexandria–Marsa Matrouh Desert Road, offering seamless access to key destinations along the North Coast.
The project is just five minutes from the Zahran area, eight minutes from Marina Gate and the New Yacht Marina, and 10 minutes from New Alamein City.
It is also easily accessible via the New Fouka Road, Wadi El Natrun Road, and Alamein International Airport, ensuring convenient connectivity to one of the region’s most sought-after coastal destinations.
El-fayoumy explained that the project goes beyond offering coastal residential units, delivering instead a fully integrated seaside lifestyle built around the design philosophy “Between Nostalgia & Noise.”
The concept reflects the company’s vision of blending the North Coast’s timeless charm and cherished memories with a contemporary lifestyle defined by vibrant activities, entertainment, and experiences.

People serves as the project’s social hub with gathering spaces and community-focused amenities, while Pace gives residents the freedom to embrace the coastal lifestyle at their own rhythm.
Together, these elements create a holistic living experience that extends far beyond the conventional concept of a real estate development into a balanced lifestyle destination.
He added that the project features a wide range of amenities and services designed to accommodate diverse lifestyles. These include 3 swimmable lagoons, 8 swimming pools, a Beach Clubhouse, Aqua Park, Lazy River, Festival & Theater Plaza, Food Trucks Plaza, and a commercial area featuring a selection of restaurants and cafés.

K Developments’ Chairman explained that the project’s architectural design is based on low-rise buildings, featuring chalets with a ground floor plus four levels and townhouses comprising a ground floor, a first floor, and a rooftop. He further noted that the company is offering flexible payment plans to cater to different customer segments, with a 10% down payment and 10 years in equal installments, while unit delivery is scheduled within four years.
