My Home Developments prepares to launch 3 projects in the real estate market during 2025

My Home Developments Company intends to launch 3 distinctive projects in the New Administrative Capital during 2025, depending on a strong precedent in New Cairo City based on commitment and quality, as these projects represent the beginning of a new phase of expansion in the real estate market and the launch of distinctive projects that apply the aspirations of the company’s clients, and ensure the greatest degree of diversity in the company’s project portfolio.

Monzer Eid, My Home Developments Chairman, said that since the company started its work in 2008, it has specialized in implementing distinguished projects in New Cairo, and succeeded throughout this period in implementing and delivering the best projects to its clients with the highest quality standards and on time, which has strenthens the company’s strong reputation.

He added that an ambitious expansion plan has been developed for the company to be implemented during the coming period, which depends on expanding the implementation of huge projects with a diverse number in one of the most prominent fourth-generation cities, the New Administrative Capital, as the company aims to launch 3 projects in the city during 2025, noting that these projects vary in their investment activities and are distinguished by quality and excellence.

He pointed that the first of these projects will be in a distinguished location in the New Administrative Capital, besides the company has put in it the essence of its experiences which exceeds 15 years of success in the real estate development sector, and relied on the size of success and rapid growth in the construction and development of the New Administrative Capital, as this project will be a landmark in the history of the company and in the area in which it is being implemented.

He assured that the New Administrative Capital has become one of the most prominent real estate destinations in Egypt, as we witness the increasing demand from clients to buy there, whether for housing or investment purposes, so My Home Developments is constantly revising its investment plans to ensure their compatibility with market changes.

He added that My Home succeeded in implementing and delivering 12 separate projects in New Cairo, and 9 other projects are being implemented with varying implementation rates in different areas of New Cairo, and the company has succeeded since starting its work in maintaining the highest standards of commitment to specifications and deadlines in its projects with all its clients.
